如果购买了高级账户并已绑定，但未保存配置文件的话，可以通过以下方式找回

请留意：因为 License 与 UID 为私密信息，但平台为开放平台，虽然 License 与 UID 仅你自己知道，但为了确保安全，一共只能 最多找回三次

4 years ago 看下排除列表，里面是否为空？ 如果为空的话，随便加个 URL 进去，再确认下是否还存在这个问题？ 如果不为空的话，看下黑名单之类的。
还有 进入 https://sspai.com/61996 看看浏览器控制台是否有什么报错？

4 years ago 您好，我卸载重装之后简悦插件就正常可以使用了。但是我显示不是高级账户了，输入我购买的兑换码也不行。 我查看了您给的配置文件和目录，不得不说这对于用户太不友好了，我到现在还是无法成为高级账户，甚至于我都想再买一个了，这真的需要花费大量时间。 我非常非常建议！需要一个登录账户，而不是啥啥啥配置文件，用户想节约时间，可是买一个插件卸载了重装，登录却要这么麻烦，这是我用了几十个插件以来，最复杂和对用户不友好的插件，我很建议只需要一个账户就可以自动恢复所有权限。综上， 我也希望您可以告诉我，我如何在卸载再次安装回来简悦插件之后，成为高级账户，谢谢您。您给的目录以及操作步骤我都尝试了，UID也找回来了，但是用在何处呢？没有这个按钮呀，以及各种配置，真的对用户太不友好了。我现在就吸取教训下载好一个dropbox，以免之后再次这样。

步骤1：如何恢复成为高级账户
通过 https://github.com/Kenshin/simpread/issues/908 目录 3/4 的操作就可以恢复为高级账户 如果你没有保存你的配置文件，请看 步骤2
步骤2：我显示不是高级账户了，输入我购买的兑换码也不行。
如果你 兑换过高级账户了，并重装了简悦，并没有保留配置文件的话，登录 https://simpread.pro/reset 来获取你的 UID（内含使用方法）
获取后，使用 步骤1 的方式恢复购买
这个方式跟 Apple store 的方式一样，唯一的区别是：你需要手动保存你的配置文件，仅此一步。

4 years ago 嗨，我理解的困扰，也谢谢在简悦 1.0 时就在使用它。
但你要是仔细阅读 #908 为什么说 UID 不能丢失 的内容就会发现，这种方式是对用户最友好的方案。
你习惯了把数据放在我这里，但私密性与安全性呢？所以简悦 2.0 采用了类似 Apple ID 的机制，通过 兑换 → 生成 UID → 恢复购买 的方式来保障你的权益。
既然你是老用户，我再多说几句，用户名/密码 的方案相当于，你把你家的钥匙放在统一的地方，这也就出现了拖库现象，而简悦的方式是，只有你自己知道你的钥匙放在哪里。
我之前使用简悦一直很顺利，但是我看到简悦有高级账户买了之后，想尝试一下，结果发现简悦无法使用阅读模式了。具体情况如下：
我使用的是win10系统，谷歌浏览器最新版。
我打开了一个微信公众号的网页界面，点击简悦但是没有任何效果，我使用鼠标邮件简悦临时阅读模式和聚焦模式，稍后读也是无法使用，我看有人说是screenshade的问题的，但是我关闭了和卸载了这个插件之后，还是无法使用。为了安全起见，我把其他插件全都关闭了，但是还是无法使用阅读模式。我想知道我是不是哪里操作错误了？ 我也尝试了其他网站，但是也无法使用，好像简悦这个插件在我的谷歌浏览器上无法用了。 另外加入稍后读也没用，我在稍后读列表里找不到我加入的文章。
因为所有网站使用均无效果，所以没有贴图
