ONLY 2D network support? #8

Hi, it seems that the current version of nnSAM only supports 2d network? Is that right?

I have the same question. Also, I am having trouble to understand how the SAMConvUNet architecture is adopted in a new nnUNetTrainer class.

I solved this question but I still wonder if there is support for 3d network
