Describe the bug The "Modules hasn't been updated for 2019" Error shows for some modules for Computer Science with a Year in Industry

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open KentFlix
Login
Navigate to Computing School
Click on a module
See error

Expected behavior Show recordings for the module

@AluminiumTech Usually this is because we don't have the lecture hash for this module for this current year so need to add a forum to be able to add the hash.
