Minor bug with Vanilla Psycast Expanded Mod #45

I launched my ship while two pawns were meditating and the psyfocus rate shot through the root, gained about 80 levels in the spawn of a few seconds.

Here are screenshots. Note the psyfocus gain rate on the bottom left:

May be related to Performance Fish as it was discovered in one other case that some of their optimizations break things.
