Setup Initial project and environment connectivity

Establish git repo and Visual Studio solution including:

• Remote repository storage (BlueModus GitHub org preferred).
• Sample Sitefinity project from which to export.
• Connection to Sitefinity project
• Inclusion of Kentico Universal Migration Toolkit package
• Connection to empty Xperience project
