Create bulk content migration

With content type migration established, use UMT to migrate structured content from Sitefinity to Xperience by Kentico.

For this task:

• all content will be migrated to page types
• all relationship fields will be translated to "Pages" fields in XbyK.
• Sitefinity pages will be migrated without their widget content
• Sitefinity content items (items based on content types) will be migrated to XbyK sub-tree locations based on a configuration per content type -- for example, the items belonging to a content type called "Events" will be migrated to a path that has to be configured in the migration tool (e.g., type='Event' destination='/events/')
