No WTB orders considered #7

I am not sure if this is due to user error or whether something is wrong, but Quantframe does not seem to be interested in placing WTB orders. I have it set up with a max of my current plat (See screenshots below) and every item in the game on the whitelist (As it does not scan for buys if the whitelist is empty apparently) and nothing in the blacklist. I let it run for about 10 hours while I was at work, and it doesn't seem to have done anything with WTB, all WTS orders seem to be working as expected.

Am i doing something wrong? Is there really no good deals out there at all? Is there an issue with the program?

Uninstalling the app, clearing the programfiles folder with the db files in it, and reinstalling from MSI on the website rather than GitHub seems to have it working.
