Add sample to the precompiled SDKs #15

Right now, the samples are only included in the full source release.
It would be good to include sample in precompiled SDKs, even if kept at a 
source level.

Subtask : create a script for both VS and CB to build such an SDK.

Done for VS2010.
Ogre uses a shell script which has to be run from MSYS to do that for 
Code::Blocks... I'd like to see if there's a simpler solution.

It seems that you can call code::blocks via command line, and without graphical 
interface.. (see section 1.12 of 
http://www.codeblocks.org/docs/main_codeblocks_en3.html)

Done for CodeBlocks and VS (and it's good enough for now)
