Integration of fxgen

FXGen (http://www.fxgen.org) is a procedural texture library + tool.
Supporting its file format would be a good introduction to procedural textures 
in ogreprocedural, and the editor has the merit to exist already...
There are a few points of details to understand before integration:
* Licence : is it compatible with MIT?
* Integration : can it be shipped together with ogre-procedural or must it be 
an optional download? I've already said I'd like to keep the dependency count 
very low, so could it be an optional dep, with a CMake flag to enable?
* Flexibility : once the prj file is created in fxgen studio, can some 
parameters be tweaked from lib?
