Many of the flags apply to the outdated and deprecated KeplerGO site that we have preserved solely for historical reasons. I think it is safe to skip changes to this portion of the site, since the large banner informs folks that the content is deprecated.

Many other fixes apply to user-provided pdf content, for which we do not have access to the original content.

OK, that's all I could find that I could do with the resources I have available, and excluding the deprecated site. Should be an improvement as it stands.
