Thanks @gully! This is a great post!!

I edited the text just to make sure that the first paragraph emphasizes that these data did not cost any extra fuel or dsn resources. (We don't want anyone to think that we were just fooling around with the spacecraft; we did carefully plan and motivate this.)

I am happy for this to be merged, but I suggest we wait until the data is actually visible at MAST. We are giving the approval for that right now, so this may happen in the next 1-2 days.
