I propose we announce the happy arrival of Ken and Nick. @JeffLCoughlin please review and let Ken edit as needed. I will also have Nick edit this on Monday.

Replace "Kitt Peak National" with "National Optical Astronomy". Should now read:

Dr Ken Mighell joined us from the National Optical Astronomy Observatory.
