Reprocessing News Update #156

This is an update on the global uniform reprocessing effort, highlighting campaigns 2, 3, and 13. Comments are welcome.

Thanks @JeffLCoughlin! I made a few very small comments, but overall this looks great!

Perhaps you want to end the blog post with a forward-looking paragraph, i.e. describing what users may expect in the coming months?

Added forward-looking sentences towards the beginning of the post (before any figures/detailed examples) so it'll stand out if folks don't make it to the very end. Addressed Jessie's comments via e-mail as well.
