Cannot transmit Science on some landed vessels #28

Follow up on this: seems to be fixed for the underwater lander (video 1), but not for the one on land (video 2). See how it is connected, full control, but can't beam science back :(

I encountered this bug earlier today. Reloading the save (including game restart) with the vessel in this state reproduced the issue each time, and disabling CommNext resolved it.

I can provide the save file if it helps.

Sorry, I'm not an English speaker. The bug is also recreated on ships in flight.
