Vessel control tiers on signal loss #33

Similar to ksp1, maybe there should be a difficulty setting or something to have tiers of control from no control, to full control with some in-between a little bit of control?

(I think adding input lag as one of the communication tiers for player inputs would be rad)

Not sure if this is already in the game/mod, correct anything stupid that I say. Maybe there could be a slightly degraded form of control which is available when your unmanned vessel has no connection to KSC but has a connection to another manned vessel? This would allow the use a large rocket to get somewhere remote, decouple an unmanned vessel, and control it with a manned vessel in orbit which I think would be pretty cool. The idea being that the kerbal in the manned vessel is controlling the unmanned vessel remotely.
