Logging always writes: [KerbalismContracts] : RadiationFieldParameter MAGNETOPAUSE / IDCSP Radiation scanner (unloaded) (Vessel): in_field True currently True crossed 1 even after the vessel crossed the field several times from inner belt to outer belt and back.

Now I just loaded the vessel, as soon as it was loaded the contract was fulfilled and the sphere was unlocked. So it does not work with unloaded vessels as well.
