Bill input must have 2 decimals only #3

Tried a solution I found online (to add 'step=".01" ' to the tag) but didnt work. I have no idea how to do this and would appreciate some help.

Tried to use that, but every time I typed the dot (.) to actually send an number to test, it deletes whatever is on the input tag
