C-Kermit 10.0 Beta.06 (16 October 2022) #9

Here's the next PR to bring the betas in to the git repo. Sorry this took me so long. I am planning to get through these faster so I can get the git repo current and write the GitHub Actions scripts.

I followed your guidelines from my last PR. The author and email address are set as you indicated. I did a rebase to fix whitespace. I removed manual backup files as well. The commit log message is the trimmed NOTES.TXT block for the 10.0 Beta.06 release. I removed the footnote link indicators and reformatted things to look more readable in "git log" output. I set the commit date to 16-Oct-2022 which was the tarball date for the beta 06 release.

Once this is merged, I'll continue forward with 07, 08, ....
