Add detiber to users #40

Requesting access for testing and replication of issues for kubernetes-sigs and tinkerbell related projects.

Glad to have you aboard! The café configuration still in an alpha state, but the machines themself should be fairly stable.

This should now work: ssh detiber@linux.arm64.kernel.cafe (as well as most of the other aliases)

Also, if you need root or docker access on any nodes for testing, don't hesitate to open an issue.
