Connection screen #4

A connection gui should appear on the main menu.

This connection screen will have a text area to insert the server address, a button to connect to the server and a list of the 5 last servers connected to.

This list should be order by the number of visits into the server and there is a possibility to delete a server (delete button ?). When the user connect to a new server, it will be automatically added to the list replacing the least visited server if the list is already full.
