waybar styling issues #68

Collect styling issues here as I see them:

custom modules like idle inhibitor could use padding.
Active wlr taskbar window could be highlighted.

System resource monitors fluctuate in width. Custom modules should have highlight animations, maybe borders.. Systray should have a border maybe. Workspace button border should be a circle.

power icon maybe should be on far right. Need padding on far right. Too much left hand padding on notifications widget.

Special workspaces should be visible when unfocused. Maybe find way to hide windows in special workspaces from taskbar.
