In fact, I have adapted Visual-Studio-2019-Translator before, I want to re-release an extension for 15/17/19, So it was hidden before, but it just made it public, and you can ask it next time.

There is no adaptation and there are still some problems. (I run it in visual studio 2017, it miss picture, and i want to create a new extension so hide it )
