Missing support for incident identifiers #64

Apple's CrashReporter adds an UUID to each report so that it can be
tracked accurately through the issue tracking and resolution process.

Please see attached git changeset for a possible implementation.

At first glance, this all looks great -- thanks! It's very refreshing to get 
patches with comments, documentation, and tests updates. I'll schedule some

The incident identifier changes have been integrated in db087b68320e, 
418cef4d2a48, ebd49fcf2059, and c963fc04b4e8
