Delete old Python implementation #109

The old Python script is quite confusingly still in the repo.

Occasionally some people still seem to prefer it, though I don't know why. I leave it for occasions people want to grab it instead, since I've encountered at least a couple of people that do so instead of using the Go release. Some probably do it so they can change it to fit their needs but don't use Go. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And while I understand finding it would be as simple as going to the last commit that would have it once removed, I think at some point I'll just put it in its own branch clearly marking it deprecated if I ever get back to touching this haha.
