Created Docker Support #117

I've been working on it a little while and forgot about it after it worked. I'm creating a pull request now so people can find it easily. It also supports multiple CPU architectures.

I've also created a github action (if you don't want to create an docker hub/github package) I can remove it or create another branch on my fork which creates the docker images.

You may have forgotten you created PR #100 before, and I declined it. The decision still stands. I can add something to the README regarding the docker repo but I won't merge this. I would just need a good example of how you'd want me to add the information to the README.
