Would it be possible to calculate the needed fragment so that the video recording starts say, from 20 minutes ago? This would be useful if you're watching a stream and you know you only want a sub section of the video, thereby minimizing download and processing time before the stream ends and is potentially deleted by the backend, rather than recording from the beginning.
