VP9 files not merging/joining after closing cmd #86

I am not sure what "stopped manually" means. When I close cmd manually before the livestream finishes, the files are not merged/joined even though I have ffmpeg in PATH. How do I stop ytarchive manually and safely and then merge the files?

I now found out that the command in cmd to stop manually is Ctrl+C
