Dynamic drop down is not having checkboxes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.my first drop down is having only categories
2.when i select categories (multiple), Ajax file will produce all  
subcategories  list
3.but those subcategories not having check boxes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i am expecting check boxes for each listing. but i am not getting check boxes. 
i am only getting list with multiple select drop down.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jQuery dropdown checkbox list 0.9 & windows Xp OS.

Please provide any additional information below.

Please capture and attach the html your Ajax request is producing so that we 
have a better chance of understanding what is going on.
