Add 10 Gbps gauge scale #35

Internet connections over 1 Gbps are getting more and more common. That's why this PR adds a 10 Gbps gauge scale.

I'm not sure how reliable would that be How many librespeed servers have connections this fast? Their wiki states that for hosting your own instance "A fast internet connection is required (possibly gigabit)"

I'm not sure about how many servers are able to run at 10G, but many of them can run at more than 1G (see below). Maybe some intermediate gauge scales could be added?
