Well, this may be a silly question, but why would you enter the wrong page in
the
into the options in the first place to find this out? :)
I clearly should still have better error handling than this, I'll look into it.

It used to be files.wowace.com in previous versions, I just tried to see if
changing it to the old URL solved the
sorting issue with names that I had. I like to experiment, blame me :-)

http://files.wowace.com/ is still a valid URL by the way to get to the tree
that lists all the mods.. If that's the
wrong URL, why have an option to change the URL in the first place in the
preferences?

It was files.wowace.com in a previous version indeed (although I did make sure
to put
that the RSS feed was now used instead of the HTML page into the release notes
;)).
As for why I have the option visible: god question; I decided people might like
to be
able to choose a mirror (if such a thing exists), and assumed people wouldn't
change
it if they didn't know what it it :)
As for the sorting issue; it's fixed in SVN, so the columns will be nicely
sortable
in the next version :)

I made the same mistake, Is there a pref. file I can delete to fix this? I cant
get the app running any more.

Same, I can't find any prefereneces file to delete, so even if I download a new
version of MAU, it still won't open
and crashes, probably because of the wrong URL.

Never mind, found it, it's called uk.co.kismith.mau.plist

I did the same thing.
helfgrim: God bless you for pointing out the plist file to delete! Was going
into
withdrawal without my MacAceUpdater.
Kevin: Love you for keeping this tool going man.
