Update window not closing #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on "update pixus"
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the window to close after it can't find an update. Expect the window to 
close after shutting down the application and restarting it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pixus 1.2.111
Mac OS X 10.8.2 Build 12C60
Adobe Air 3.5

Please provide any additional information below.
This was reported to have been fixed in the last version. It might have been 
for the current operating system at the time however it has cropped up again.

OK. I have figured a way around this issue in Mac OS X. By clicking on "Window" 
in the menu bar and then selecting "Zoom", the update window will draw 
completely and reveal a close button top right.
