Try upgrading to PyMC v4 #155

Supposed to be much faster, especially during the tuning process.

Works (very well!) on my MacBook.

Make sure to also update the other environments in the project, namely the snakemake pipeline and the environment used in the pipelines.

Successful install on O2. Need to update all of the code to use the latest version.
