Defender marks it as "VirTool:MSIL/Denigrate.B!MTB" #46

I had just downloaded the latest version and saw a virus alert is this a False Positive?

No, Defender will usually block Inveigh. They flag the C# version as Denigrate (synonym of inveigh).
