Added a bower manifest. #128

Bower is a package manager for frontend dependencies (like jquery or liquidslider). I've added a bower manifest, which allows you to run "bower register" to register liquidslider in bower's repositories.

This will allow clients who manage their dependencies via bower to easily include liquidslider.

Hey, awesome. I planned on doing that after a few more updates, but I've been pretty lazy lately to get things moving.

Three years later! Nice follow up. I was a different programmer in those days :)

Do people still use Bower? :D

Hah, TBH, I was looking at very old open PRs, trying to get them either merged or closed (some spring cleaning). I was appalled to see I'd used a past tense in a git commit message.

Cheers on liquidslider though, it's still running on some of the sites I used it for! 🎉
