Make arrows appear permanently on top #142

Hey,

I'm try to set the slider so the arrows always appear on top and can't seem to get it to work? Looked into forcing opacity and visibility to no avail!

Did you set the hoverArrows: false in the settings? Try that and let me know if it's still not working.

You know what, I thought I had already tried that... But yes that worked, I feel a fool.
