Only fraction of youtube CCV being counted in headless #285

Please answer the following questions:

Describe the bug
I noticed only around 1/3 to 1/2 of my instances were being counted as stable CCV. Every once in awhile CCV will spike to expected levels for a few seconds before dropping down again. I am not sure what is causing this but I did notice when I was taking screenshots of random instances, they appeared to be stuck on a youtube pop-up which may not cause them to be counting.

I did a test by running headful and when I have the ability to micromanage by closing the pop-up and scrolling up if necessary, everything worked perfectly as expected. I prefer headless though as I am aiming for 75-100 instances which is rough with headful.

So we are talking youtube. I can try to auto-click this popup? Does this popup appear directly after the instance startup or some random time during the stream?

It only appears for instances that decide to play ads which are only some of them. Also for any instances that play ads part way through. My current workaround is to take screenshots of each instance and refreshing those with the pop-up and it's fine. Seems to work but a bit tedious.

Edit: Maybe if it's able to detect if there is something obstructing the stream like the pop-up and letting me know so I don't have to manually check, that would be good enough.
