Verified User Icons #9

Setting a users uploaderstatus to 2 (Trusted) or 3 (VIP) will give that user a "Verified/Trusted User Icon" next to their name on the torrents.php page.

Also @KevinJDurant if you could help me out with this "refresh seeders/leechers button" that would be much appreciated. I know you're not too interested in coming back to work on this project, but it would be much appreciated if you ever have some free time.

That would be amazing. After that button has been added the major features of this template are pretty much complete, then its only a few small changes to make for a more comfortable user browsing experience like:

Add verified user icons to search.php and index.php - Easier to find verified users/torrents. Have search.php display X amount of torrents per page - Would look a bit nicer. Category view (with pages) - Comfortable category browsing experience. Update/Add itorrents API? - Not sure if the template actually uploads torrent to itorrents

Also just before I jump into bed; I started a fresh fork after my last commit was merged, so there shouldn't be any branding issues if you're interested in merging this one. You could leave people downloading this template to supply their own "verified user icons" and place them in the correct directory, but I thought it would be best to add some as a default.
