Trying XAMPP and Google Sheets API for Database #60

Tried using: https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html, XAMPP and it kinda works but the database is local and doesnt import well as the query language is not similar to MYSQL or SQL or SQL server.

Then Tried working on API for google sheets for the database as this is a decent alternative that has no cost but after 2 hours its not going. will maybe need to spend more time on this when I get the change

stopped working on this as the sheets API, Doesn't work so I have stopped doing this for now as it seems to be leading a dead loss. Here is the link for the Google Sheets Document containing the Data from the old "Artists" Database from Ticket-Tech-Database.sql. the api code will be shown below.
