Isotopes of common elements don't display properly

Smiles strings containing isotopes (eg CC[13C]CC) don't display the isotope 
label with the mass number

[GoogleCodeExporter]

Rendering code adapted to use JChemPaint (instead of CDK) generators and 
ExtendedAtomGenerator added to the list of generators used.  Isotopes now 
display correctly.  To be released in version 2.1
