Extension doesn't work, chrome.experimental.cookies.getAllCookieStores is underfined #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open Chrome
2. surf some sites
3. inspect background.html console

There is an error in console
background.js:58 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'getAllCookieStores' of 
undefined

This effectively prevents extension from working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0, Win7, Chrome 14.0.835.202 m
