Should POST requests to Config API adds duplicate entries to database? #26

Multiple POST requests to the same server id with the same file name will result in multiple entries for that config file in the database.

Is this desired behavior though? Do we want to keep track of all reports posted to the server and just display the most recent one?

This should only store the most recent version
