The new way of generating the manifest has a couple of problems:
changing FunctionsToExport = '*' to FunctionsToExport = @()
implications: you can no longer run Pester against the source code (you always have to run Pester against the "compiled" module in the output directory)
Plaster no longer fills in the description field
comments describing each field no longer output
personally I find those comments very useful
Overall I think this change is a regression. Of course, that's just my opinion!
