Fix exe

the exe cannot be run directly since we have some param

Kinda Fixed the .exe problem

• If deployed in the OfficeSlingshot3D directory, the .exe works fine
• Had to then move the 3 dlls from the Debug/Release folders down

With the .exe working I could create and run a setup file.

• The new setup file project only gets built on request
• Note that if you already installed it once, you need to uninstall it before trying to rerun it a second time
