Bot not setting time zones for users #80

I'm on a Discord server that currently uses this bot. And I noticed that after running -ft set America/Denver to set my time zone, it returned this error:

User not found.

In the Friend Time, 3.0 update the command got changed to just -ft set which will be followed by prompts the user can follow. Additionally, you can suggest a timezone for another user with -ft set @User which is why you are getting a User not found error.
