Handle deleted Fandom wikis #429

On Fandom, the wiki pmd-rt-archive.fandom.com has been deleted and now redirects to pokemon.fandom.com. However, Indie Wiki Buddy redirects pmd-rt-archive.fandom.com to the Mystery Dungeon Franchise Wiki, while it redirects pokemon.fandom.com to Bulbapedia. I believe this fact was overlooked when retrieving Main Page titles; the Main Page title of pmd-rt-archive.fandom.com should be "Pokémon_Mystery_Dungeon_Rescue_Team_Wiki" instead of "Pokémon_Wiki" (which is the Main Page title of pokemon.fandom.com).

This case made me wonder whether it is worth including dead Fandom URLs at all. For wikis that left Fandom and had the Fandom wiki closed, is it worthwhile for those wikis to be submitted so that old links could be pointed at the only existing wiki left? Or should Indie Wiki Buddy only concern itself with origin wikis that currently exist?

If Indie Wiki Buddy does preserve dead Fandom URLs as origins, I think they should at least be tagged, so that any kind of future automated scraping (like was done for Main Page titles) would be able to account for that.

Discovered a second instance of this: rayman.fandom.com is closed (in English), and appears to have been closed for several years. sitesEN.json currently lists Special:LanguageWikisIndex as the wiki's main page, because Fandom directs all pages on that closed wiki to that special page (since wikis still exist in other languages).
