Add a wiki: OpenTTD's Wiki #593

Note from submitter: "OpenTTD, an open-source transport tycoon game, has an official wiki in the above link. They forked from MediaWiki in 2020 for many reasons, but Fandom does have a OpenTTD wiki despite the official wiki never being hosted there. The Fandom Wiki is currently Second or Third in search results if u search openttd or openttd game mechanic despite their wiki not being that good or sufficient. OpenTTD's official wiki has more translations than the Fandom wiki. So it would be good if u add the Fandom OpenTTD to one of your blacklisted Fandom wikis."

Looks like OpenTTD Wiki is running on TrueWiki, and the search function is actually through DuckDuckGo.
