Need to include options or consider using STADEM for Coho and fall Chinook.

Love this idea. Let's discuss what it would take to incorporate each of those, and potentially any other species as well.

While we're at it, I would like to consider making a more generic function to replace compileGRAdata(), or perhaps a complementary function for some other dams. Several of the queries contained in that function (getWindowCounts, queryPITtagData, weeklyStrata) already have options for other dams and species.

The most difficult might be how to incorporate trapping data other than from Lower Granite, where the format might be different. In addition, there are some dams where the trap rate is not queryable, but might be known (e.g. trap is operated consistently 3 days a week).

There are also some dams with no trap, but potential observation error at the window. Being able to run STADEM, perhaps with a Poisson distribution for the window counts, could be useful.

Updated title of Issue to "Fall Chinook Estimation". STADEM is now updated to accommodate coho.
