Trapdb loading change #5

The following revisions change the workflow slightly by requiring the user to manually load the LGR trapping database, instead of having it occur from within a STADEM function.

Ryan, can you go into the compileGRAdata function and update the parameter descriptions to match this pull request? The help file is still going to have trap_path in there, but it should have trap_dbase, with a description or list of column names that need to be included in that trap_dbase data.frame.
