Change systray panel

Hi,

Here is a patch I made from svn trunk to change the default panel where the 
systray is shown (previsouly always 0).

It introduces a new optional setting, "systray_panel" whose integer value is 
used to select the panel (systray_panel = 1 for the first panel, systray_panel 
= 2 for the second one, etc.). If unspecified, systray_panel defaults to 1.
