tooltip different in systray #395

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. mouse over icon in taskbar
2. mouse over icon in systray
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expected the same tooltip in taskbar and systray

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.11~svn639-2
Linux crunchbang 3.2.0-0.bpo.1-amd64
Please provide any additional information below.
tooltip systray seems using the settings of openbox or gtk i dont know of that, 
sorry in advance if wrong and  english

Tooltips for systray icons are not shown by tint2, they are created and shown 
by the applications that own those icons and thus look in whatever way those 
apps make them. Tint2 has no control over this.

However, to have the tooltips look the same everywhere you can change the 
appearance of the tint2 tooltips to match your desktop theme 
(http://code.google.com/p/tint2/wiki/Configure#Tooltip) or you can do it the 
other way around, change your desktop theme to show tooltips that look like 
tint2's.
